Alright, so these are different from trainer cards. They are focused on a pokemon, and it has a pokedex template. Also so there is no confusion, I am Jay. If you want a custom Pokemon please fill out the Custom pokemon template.

Fill out this template for regular Pokemon only:
Pokemon Name -
Pokemon Nickname (If it has one) -
Trainer Name -

Fill out this template for custom Pokemon only:
Pokemon Name -
Pokemon Height -
Pokemon Weight -
