Pokedex?

I hope this is the right place for this, I used the search box and checked the other parts of the forum but couldn't find anything. o.O

So, does anyone know where I can find a Pokedex i can download to my PC? Preferably one with the lists of all moves the pokemon can learn (including egg moves), EVs, IVs, ect? Updated version that includes diamond and pearl would be awesome. I did a google search, and bleh.... I figured someone out there has to he one they'd recommend.

Why does it matter? just go on serebii.net. It takes seconds just to look at a pokemon, so you don't need a poke'dex for your computer. Plus I don't there is one...

Well, that stinks.

And to answer your question,its because I have dial up and I really don't like having to wait five minutes to go online, and then another one minute to go to Serebii, and about 2 to load the pokemons page with the sprites....

Heh. To download a whole Pokedex on a 56k connection would take about a week.

That's the price of living in a broadband world ;). You gotta catch up or deal.

Isn't dialup pay as you go? Plus you have the monthly charge right? I'm sure that's how it worked. You must be in a unique situation/none tech-savy country. Even i could afford damn good broadband on the pocket money i get.

I know what you mean by wanting a downloadable pokedex though, i'd want one :S

pkmn.net have this. pkmn.net was my main pokemon dig before i realised how good serebii is lol.

I thought if someone put everything into one big spreadsheet/database thing then we could do (sad) stuff like find the quickest grass type that has no evolutions, this would be easily done by sorting/searching etc. For example. I don't think you can do that on serebii's right? I'd lol if someone could actually find which pokemon is the quickest grass pokemon that does not evolve.

If you really need one, just use the written version.The moves are there, but no IVs/EVs.

This is the guide for moveset,with EVs at least one moveset per Pokemon, also written.

Or you can try smogon. But it's online.

I don't know of one but a searchable Pokédex program would be a neat project to put together. It could be written in C++ or Java. I may or may not consider doing it depending on a number of factors.
