And, just so this post won't be spam/moderator impersonating, you shouldn't just make the first 15 members mods. For one thing, you don't need many mods at first, just you and maybe 1-2 mods. Another thing, you want to only make someone you trust a moderator. You're just giving power to people who you don't know if they'll abuse it or not.
