This is my first post so if this is in the wrong section dont get too mad because i couldnt find a cheat/code section.
Well anyway i have gotten bored with pokemon emerald already and i thought the normal elite four was way too easy and all my pokemon are between level 70-85 so i wanted to make the trainers in the elite four all have the same pokemon but level 75 instead so it would be harder and give more exp and maybe make lance have latios/latias/rayquaza instead of the usual pokemon.
I tried using the wild pokemon and random battle level modifiers on other websites but i couldnt find one for trainer battles. ANd when i used the usual level modifier codes it would either not do anything at all or make my game freeze.
