    Okay Im trying to fill the pokedex with every single pokemon with the OT as Woody

    I've lost my pokemon saphire so...
    Im going to buy pokemon emerald of ebay so I can get Kyrogue with OT Woody
    But... Can I get latias on this game too because I only got latios of my Ruby game and I REALLY want latias
     
    Yes you can get latias. After beating the elite four you will see a tv broadcast at your house. Mom will ask you what colour the poke in the broadcast was. Red=Latias, Blue=Latios

    Yeah your true and right but that's on emerald so you get too choose mate it's your choice.
     
    Just to clarify, you can only get one of the Lati's in Emerald. The difference between Emerald and Ruby / Sapphire is that you get to choose which one will roam the mainland. So if you chose red, you can get Latias. If you selected blue, you will run into Latios. To get the remaining Lati, you'd need the item from an event.
     
    The item is the Eon Ticket, which enables you to go to the Southern Island, which you can get the other Lati... Which in my case I haven't got one. What a dissapointment
     
    Yeah it does suck, but hey *cougcoughthat'swhattradingisforcoughcough*. Wow I must have a frog in my throat. When the heck do these events take place anyway?
     
    The best to have two of each, have pokemon ruby to get Latias, pokemon sapphire to get Latios, and two pokemon emerald and beat them both to get Latias and Latios.
     
    Well I have pokemon ruby and have caught latios of that one

    So all I need is Latias so I just gotta make sure I pick red so I can get it

    then Im gunna Ev train em and just be pure amazing
