You haven't seen Chain of Memories, I take it? It had FMV. Only game I can think of on the GBA that has it, though. I didn't like the game at all, but the animation sure was pretty.

I've improved the Pokemon Emerald cut scene between Kyogre and Groudon. There are now high bandwidth and low bandwidth versions of the movie - so if you've seen the first one, you can go see a much improved version.
