Emerald hack: Pokemon Eon returns on emerald version

I've just came back (yes, my internet has been screwy for months due to a hacker) and just thaught up a plot for this new hack, here it is;

You are starting out as a extremely low-ranked member of Team Eon who is trying to win the respect of the boss (replacing Scott) by overcomming the Honda leauge. After you win champion title from Laurance (replacing Wallace), you are enrolled in the Eon Acadamy (replacing battle frontier) and must defeat the seven admins there to become the new leader of Team Eon.

Can anyone help me find some tools to change some stuff around in emerald, you know, like adding events, moving locations, adding locations and changing wild pokemon, ect.
