Story:
~~Intro~~
I know I had tried to start Glass, but my "partner" left and that left me in a bind and took a break, but now, I feel inclined to post the plot and stuff to see if people are willing to help me out.
~~Plot~~
5 years ago, all the Pokemon Masters have disappeared completely. They disappeared one by one until no one have heard from them again. Because of this, no one wanted to be pokemon trainers for fear of their well-being. Well, almost no one.
At the same time as the Pokemon Masters disappeared, a young child (hero/heroine) was found on the doorstep of Azure City's Inn, in the Natsu region. This child couldn't remember their past, except their name.
You are an understudy of Professor Rimu, helping her with an experiment with her simulator. You are told that Cedar's finished. So you decide to leave Rimu's lab and go outside into Azure town. Now days, Azure town stopped prospering and started becoming close to a ghost town since Azure got most of its money from passing trainers. The Mart had closed down and the Inn is close to closing down.
Because the Inn is so close to shutting down, the Innkeeper, Mark, told his wife to get rid of the orphan they had took in, because their financial future is unclear. Afterwards, Mark walked off, telling his wife that he expects the orphan to be gone when he arrives.
Unbeknown to Mark, the orphan (player) had overheard and walked to what they had thought was their mother, who tells them that Professor Rimu was looking for them in her room on the second floor of the Inn.
Professor Rimu gives the orphan a choice of three pokemon, but right when they reach to touch a pokeball, a teenager runs in, demanding a starter. Professor Rimu asks the girl if she is sure she wants to be a trainer and the girl announces that she can't live under the same roof as her mother and she wants to find her twin sister and her father.
Professor Rimu tells the girl that she could get a starter, or that the girl can borrow a pokemon to catch her starting pokemon. The girl asks to borrow a pokemon to catch her starting pokemon and takes off. Professor Rimu tells you that you can choose one of the three pokemon on the table or borrow a pokemon to catch your own starter, or pick an egg to raise. You choose and you leave town, seeing that nothing has really happened.
You go back to Rimu's lab and you tell her everything and she is sympathetic and offers you one of the pokemon she is researching. You choose your starter and leave Azure town and go on Route 301, which is full of grass and bug pokemon. On the way there, you come up against a very strong Scyther (Lv12) and you defeat it and you see that there's a strange crystal on its shoulder. You then continue on uninterrupted (except for wild pokemon) on to Russet City.
You reach Russet City. (normal uninteresting city) Then you go on Route 302 and on your way to Carmine Mountain, you meet an elderly lady who is having a hard time. You offer your help. She gives you a rare candy. You're almost there when you are shocked. You come across a Pikachu. It says "Don't Hurt me!" that triggers a choice menu: "Battle", "Don't Battle". Either way, the Pikachu joins you (not in party).
~~ Notes~~
This isn't all of the story, just a little teaser, but I might add more onto it later on. The beginning is newer and the latter parts are notes I took. Oh and I might as well make a list of features and characters I'm planning to put in the game ;)
~~Features~~
:t246: Choice between the character sprites from G/S/C/R/S/E/FR/LG/D/P... basically a choice of any of the Hero/Heroine sprites...
:t246: Return of Headbutt trees
:t246: Day/Night system
:t246: Weather System that relies on the exact date
:t246: All Pokemon (including D/P pokemon)
:t246: New Pokemon!
:t246: Exciting storyline with new and old faces
:t246: Possibility of stumbling into Pokemon Nests or finding abandoned eggs
:t246: Legendaries now have genders (if you want to discuss it with me, please PM me. Trust me, I've had many discussions over this feature)
~~Characters~~
Dirk: First Gymleader, frets over a Kyogre he had hatched through finding an abandoned egg. Is later attacked by a criminal syndicate in an attempt to steal his Kyogre.
Matt Kenice: 7th Gymleader, coerced into following with the criminal syndicate's plans due to threats on his family. Hates himself for doing what he had done and tries to make up what he had done. Is the Head Scientist of the Emerald Project.
Isidora Kenice: Rival, doesn't really remember her father, since he had mysteriously disappeared when she was little. She has a Crystal on her palm. As a young child, she had befriended a newborn poochyena.
Damon: A Poochyena who was Isidora's friend long ago. Has a crystal imbedded in his skin.
~~Emerald Project~~
The Emerald Project was created to make pokeballs obsolete. The Emerald Project was named thus because it involves green crystals that resembles emeralds. These green crystals allow telepathic communication if embedded in the skin of the trainer and the pokemon. Although painful at first, the pain wears off. Such communication makes battling both harder and easier as the commands are silent. It is thought that the crystals are brainwave transmitters.

Feedback is very much appreciated and if anyone wants to help turn this into a game, please PM me.
~~Thank-you
