Pokemon Halloween Party

All the pokemon are having a Halloween party, they come dressed as a different pokemon... so the game is a very simple one, I'll start with naming a pokemon, and the next person simply names the pokemon that comes dressed as the pokemon I named. You can have fun with it and describe how the costume would work! Then the next poster would post a pokemon dressed as the one that was last named. SIMPLE.

Carbink would use cotton balls to add to their fluff and paint their head blue and attach streamers to their ears to look like Altaria. Who would dress as Carbink?
