Pokemon not working online?

Hey uh..I joined these forums incase I ever needed to post a question,so none of you have seen me before.But I have a proublem with PBR online.When I search for "someone" a message comes up saying that some Pokemon on the trainer card,are not compatible with online play.This I don`t understand.I have a Rampardos,Gengar,Castform,Charzard,Gliscor,and Houndoom. What is causing this to happen? Rampardos,Gengar,Castform,and Charzard are shinies,but I wouldnt think it would stop the Pokemon from being compatible with online play.If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

Did you use an AR or gameshark to get them?

I know it's not letting my legendary team online right now and I'm not sure if that means they did ban legendaries or not...

Ok, yes I did use an AR for them.No uber stats or anything.Well thanks abunch.Now can anyone tell me how it determines if you used an AR? Is there someway I could bypass that?

Nope. Can't Bypass it. Did you only use a shiny cheat?

Nintendo has a lot of anti-hacking software in place when it comes to pokemon, and even methods of punishing hackers in the game if the system catches them. Basically, those three are hacked to the point that the system registers it, and refuses to let you use them. no way around it. you're going ot have to change up your team.

Same thing happens with me when I try to use my arceus they wont let me i dont think you can use hacked pokemon. But still I can go in with lucario(shiny) charizard(shiny latias(shiny) sceptile raichu blastoise. I used the modifier with my AR to get them I still get to play online.
