Pokemon OC characters?

Hey there! Although it isn't used much these days we have the Oekaki/PokeCommunity Draw, if you're looking for some place or application to draw them.
If you are wanting a place to post, definitely do post them in the Art & Design section - it's definitely allowed! Just remember that the minimum images to start a gallery is 3.
