4th Gen Pokemon Repeating?

Hi everyone!

Since I got game today I have gone from Starting town to the town just after the first badge(Flower Town)

All I have seen are same 5 pokemon when I go into grass.
Bat, Dog thing, Bird, Bug and the eletric one with a star tail....

When do I start seeing moreeeeeeeeee?

Well if you continue on your adventure, to different places and towns, you see different pokemon at different areas, some just might surprise you.

Shiny pokemon very rare and valuable pokemon, though they're no different to any other pokemon, but since every trainer goes out to find one, their chances are 1/8192 battles, so basically if you find one, your really lucky, and you should catch it no matter what, and any trainer around the world would trade anything for one.

So if shinys are so rare then why would ppl trade em for a normal type?
Also getting 35+ shineys? Makes ya think somthings been used to get em hehe.

they trade them for either shinies or events.
the last two pokemon are manaphy and phione. they are both in d/p.

but you can only get them from an event with pokemon ranger

You can also find shinys in GTS, and some people just hand them out for no reason.

If there was no way to clone then shinies would be super rare. as in barely anyone would have them. But because of cloning I have been able to collect 75+ shinies.

I'm pretty sure that lack of rarity is why Michiru reacted the way he did. XD Not everyone is willing to trade rarity for convenience.

That aside, though, shinies are definitely hard to find legitimately, but I'm sure you'll find your share of them if you stick to it. And the ones you catch yourself leave you feeling more proud in the end.
