If you are looking for a Pokémon signature to make, there are many great places to choose from. A quick Google search would be the best start. However, if you are interested in someone making you a decent looking signature, in PC's Graphics and Photography section there are a few shops open in which you can request from.

Either you could make your own, edit the ones that you have found, and make it unique. And oh, google is your friend.
