Before I fill this out I just want to ask if swapping cards through the mail is considered ok through this forum or if it's against policy.

It is 100% against forum rules, as it's merchandise exchanges, which are a legal hassle that the site doesn't want to deal with.

Thanks for the reply, I'll use pojo's. Are there any other forums that are legit that anyone knows of? eBay is a real rip off when it comes to seller fees.

Aren't Pojo's Pokemon TCG forums basically dead?
