    is there any way to transfer you poke'mon off of gold and silver and iff you cannot how do you get the starters and legendaries on pearl/diamond
     
    Gold and Silver are islands and they will never be tradeable to any post-Generation two game. >>

    There are many ways to obtain the G/S starters and Legendaries. Trading is the easiest.

    Forget about Gold/Silver/Crystal/Red/Blue/Yellow transferring, you could always get FireRed/LeafGreen though which is an advanced R/B/Y
