Pokerus for

I can use a pokemon infected with pokerus. It doesn't matter what it is. A Bidoof, Magikarp, I don't care. I don't know what I can give, maybe a Torchic or a Mudkip, along with Ditto. I have acess to many pokes on both Diamond, FireRed, & Emerald.
