Simple but yet nice layout, I think you should put umbreon the way it was, IT doesn't look very good when it's blured, 9.1/10.

It looks good! I like the banner but I agree with -Latios- about not blurring it. It would look better. ^^

Blurring makes my eyes water and then everything gets blurry. :P

One more idea, you know umbreon's rings? You could try making them shine, it would attract more attention.

I like the old one better than that one...just convert the old one to PHP for easier maintainence.

Erm... I didn't mean like that... o.0 I just suggested to you to fix the umbreon and add some animation to it. I think the 1st one is better.
