PPF: Kanto Pokemon Police Force

Plot: After dark orginizations disbanded, the top officials of Officers in the Pokemon World created a hidden group known as PPF, Pokemon Police Force. In Kanto there is Kanto Pokemon Police Force or KPPF which contains agents that protect the region. Suddenly, danger starts rising again and there are panicking citizens who believe that Team Rocket has returned. There have been two new recruits, James and Darien who join KPPF for their own reasons to protect Kanto. If Team Rocket really has returned, then who is the new leader of the strong orginization.
