Some Pokémon were given fan names before their official English localization, some even adopted by companies like TOPPS. Many referred to Marill as Pikablu, some Snubbull as Bruno, etc..

Your task: Pretend the Pokémon above was just leaked/revealed without any context (other than maybe its Japanese name) and come up with an English name for it. Then, choose a Pokémon for the next user.
