Problem with Mystery Dungeon Red ROM

Ive downloaded and been playing a ROM of Mystery Dungeon Red for the GBA, the emulator Im using is Visual Boy advance. A problem Ive found with the ROM is that it will not let me save the game itself, meaning,you may save your state using the emulator but in the game you cant save so that if you just loaded up the ROM and not your state, you couldnt load your game from there. I dont know why it does this, but it is essential that I get a ROM that will allow me to save the game itself. I have other GBA game ROMs that allow you to save the game itself with no problem whatsoever, so Im not sure why this game wont let me. The reason I need it to save the game itself is because if I cant access my game from the main menu, Ill never be able to input wonder mail codes to be able to get all the pokemon and all the friend areas available in the game. Ive someone has or knows where there is a ROM for this game that will allow you to save the game itself, please send it to me or tell me where I can get it. Thank you for your time.

First of all, read the rules, NO rom requests, second, I think all of them don't allow you to save, some may, but most don't. And third, this should not be in the Nintendo DS area, as Red Rescue Team is for Gameboy Advance, therfore, a Moderator should move this to the apropriate spot.

First of all, ROMs in general are not allowed on this community, hence, no links will be supplied to you.

Second, you should have a look at the stickied FAQ thread, in the Main Hacking discussion forum (where questions related to Emulation and ROMs belong), which explains how to set the Save-Type of your Emulator, so that you can save correctly.
