Prof. Oak versus Bill! Who is smarter?

okay, don't kill me for this. I think both are equally clever... can't decide on any one of them... ><;;

I would say Oak. He has a profession in the subject while Bill just loves it a whole lot. Really, who would be clumsy enough to get stuck in a Kabuto suit?

Both are very smart. Oak made the Pokedex, also he is a very kind person when he gives you your first Pokemon, the Pokedex, when compliments Bill, and when teaches Elm. On the other hand, Oak tends to forget very important things (such as his grandson´s name). Bill is a great inventor, as he made the PC Storage System, the time machine and the fusioner, also he is kind when he gives you an Eevee and the Ferry Pass. On the other hand, Bill is very clumsy, he transformed into a Pokemon, got trapped into a Kabuto suit and couldn´t identify a Dragonite. So, seeing all the information, both are very smart, but Oak is a bit better

I'd say Oak, because he seems older a wiser. Also Bill strikes me as the type of person who is kinda... unexperinced and eager, and Oak is more experinced and wise.

I'd say Oak. He is much more smarter than Bill, he knows more about Pokemon, and well... he's a professor. Also, didn't Prof. Oak used to be a Pokemon trainer when he was younger? ^^;
