    People have that on their profile, so I'll use mine for example. Mine says "SSK=lucariofan is on an obvious road not to for to victory"

    So please can someone figure that out?

    well in a way it does mean that. everyone has the potential to be a mod, however it's how you behave and interact as well as showing responsibility that gets you noticed by the staff and they are the ones who pick who becomes a new staffer.
