I know u can only get it in R/S/G, but im not sure, does it come at lvl 30? i think it does, like when u catch it
im wondering cuz some dude traded me a deoxys yesterday, and it arrived from Hoenn at LVL 6!!

woah, level 6 sounds suspicious unless its from a event. (yes when you see it on birth island its at level 30). whats its OT?
