    For the pokemon that follow you around, if that pokemon is shiny, is the sprite that follows you around also shiny?
     
    Yes it is. Also next time if you have a question there is a Q&A thread.
     
    I've heard shininess is retained, although my source might be questionable.
     
    Yeah , every shiny pokemon will have their overworld sprite shiny when they follow you , like what someone said , next time you should ask in the Q&A Thread ...
     
    You just had to do a quick search on serebii to find that out.
    Yes, they have made shiny sprites for the pokemon that follow you around.
    This really doesn't deserve a thread...

    It is yes; my shiny majicarp is anyway so, so I assume that the same applies to other shinies
