I'm thinking of restarting my Pearl game, and I was just wondering if there was anyway to keep the Pokemon I have in my PC, also; I don't mind if it's an Action Replay DS code...

I don't have Action Replay, but as far as I know, there's no code like that.
You could trade them to somebody, and have them trade back once you restart...

Their is no way to keep them, unless you trade to someone else.
Though why start a new game and keep the pokemon? Or are you just restarting to just do the adventure all over again, and anyway you'd have to wait till you got the Xth badge until you could control the certain level

Buy an empty game cartridge to hold them in. There's no way to keep any Pokemon when you start over. You can also find someone to hold your Pokemon for you.

If it's not for too long, I would be willing to hold some for you...but no more than a box full. I've done this several times for people...and it doesn't really bother me. Sometimes it actually helps me fill out parts of my Pokedex.

Other than that I doubt there are any Action Replay codes that can help you.

you could upload the game to the AR then from the AR to PokeSAV, then once you restart, send them over from PokeSAV to ur game using the AR.........

All your Pokémon will be gone if you restart. To prevent it, just trade with another DP Game and then trade back.
