Question about spam.

What exactly do you people define spam as?

Why do the moderators fail to ban those who have spammed multiple times, and instead choose to ban someone who has spammed once?

Quast, stop just making multiple accounts, ok? I have seen that you have spammed multiple times and made MANY different accounts just to spam some more. I am not trying to be mean or nothing, but you considered a spammer.

Please quote where I spammed, so the moderators can see how un-insulting it really was.

Also, it never said anything in the rules about closing threads immediately after the question has been answered. And seeing as this thread has a respectable question, it cannot be called pointless.
