While Browsing the Other Chat forum I found threads (Such as The Large Wedding Thread).
The member whom created it is banned O_o, But if they`re banned.
Why is the thread still there?

The threads created by banned members aren't automatically deleted. ^_^; Really, the only way to get rid of those threads would be for a Moderator to delete them manually.
