Sorry if I sound like a noob for asking this, but I have to ask this so I don't end up posting in the worng area or getting another warning.
I wanted to know what forum/sub-forum I would go to to post a thread about Rom hacking. Before you get mad at me saying There's already FAQ and Q&A threads in those forums, my thread is kinda different. I wanted to make a thread asking which tools I would need to start working on a hack and how to use those tools.
I understand we have to read all the stickys before posting something, but between my sister's first major lead in an upcoming play, a fundraiser for a kid in the neighborhood with lukemia, and trying to find a job to earn money, I have barely any time to sit and browse through a whole lot of pages in one thread.
