Question regarding the translation of a Pokémon Fangame

    Hello everyone.

    I would like to translate the Pokémon fangame "Pokémon FireRed Rocket Edition into French, and possibly other languages. I've heard that there are tools for translation, suchs as Advance Texte for the overall text, as well as XSE and Advanced Map for event scripts. Would you happen to have a direct link where I can download these tools, and do you have any advice for me ?
