What can I do so that Japanese writing shows up on my computer?
Right now it looks like a bunch of arrows =/
Any help is appreciated.

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
Languages > Instal Files for East Aisan Languages

There should be links to the different download pages, depending on what you need. If you want an easy way to type Japanese, download the full-fledged IME. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure you can download the individual language packs from the same pages.

I never used Windows Me for years now since I have Windows XP. ^_^...

Windows Me always crashes on me... I seem to not have that much luck. ^_^

That's what *you* think. Try Win98SE on my computer. Crash=at least 3 times a day o_O
