The answer would be yes, but it depends on *what* Pokemon game creation you're talking about. We have two boards for game construction: Game Development and ROM Hacking. ROM Hacking mainly focuses on editing ROM files such as FireRed and Ruby, while Game Development is the creation of games from scratch. So, whichever you're looking for, I'll direct you to these boards (already linked.)
