uhm if you hack items to get certian pokemon like darkrai shaymin arceus does that mean that the pokemon is hacked or is it considered legit?

This question keeps coming up. XD

As far as the game's data is concerned, the Pokémon is legit. It is the real Pokémon that you really can catch in the game. But as far as trading it with other people is concerned, most people (especially around here) will only want such Event Item legendaries if the item wasn't hacked, and actually received by going to the event. So it depends on whether you're using it for yourself, or trading it to others.

According to the game's data and to most people in the PC, it's a legit Pokémon. Still, it's not good to call it legit because the way you got it is NOT legit, so it's up to you. I'm against cheating in most ways (getting event Pokémon to fill your Dex is okay for me, but not to use them for battling or to altering Pokémon stats) so I recommend you not to do it unless you're leaving them in the boxes.

If by real, you mean the ones that people hacked the item to reach and catch, then yes. But seeing as the item itself has yet to be given out anywhere, any Arceus someone has today is considered illegit by the community.

can you stop saying anyhting that has to do with a ar is dishonorable and shamefull just because someone buys it doesnt mean that they are going to go hack pokemon and rip ppl off some ppl use it for cloning and who cares if you hack pokemon as long as you keep them for your self i think its okay not everyone can go to the nintendo events to get pokemon i would rahter pay 30 bucks than pay who knows how much to get into a nintendo event

No, when it comes to the event legendary, the Pokemon wasn't hacked, just the event to reach it.
