    what are IVed and EVed? i know they are somewhere but i havn't been able to find it can anyone just tell me?
     
    For clarification, Individual Values refer to the base stats of each individual Pokemon. Effort Values are the stat boosts that they get from fighting certain Pokemon.
     
    Next time, I'd suggest you asking in the videogame boards, since that question is, well, about the game mechanics. The Q&A threads in these boards are the best place to ask things like these.
