3rd Gen Raising happiness

I need to raise the happiness of 2 eevees and a togepi.

What is the best way to raise happiness?

Depends of if you are playing FR/ LG or R/S/E

If you are playing Fire Red or Leaf Green you can give it some vitamins, or carry it to your rival's sister so it can be groomed. Also just by carrying around in your party and leveling them up, there happiness increases.

If you are playing Ruby/ Sapphire/Emerald you could do all of the above (except carrying them to Daisy) and you can feed them the EV reducing berries. Also you could give the Soothe bell that you got from Slateport City.

Soothe bell? I didnt get any Soothe Bell from Slateport as far as i remember.

You get the soothe bell from a woman in the Pokemon fan club. Just go there and show her a pokemon that likes you and she will give you the soothe bell.
