    Because my own computer is hoazed, I use my parents' computer during the day to browse the 'net and watch videos, but yesterday have sucked watching videos.

    Sometime during the video (there doesn't seem to be a normal point, one went 20 minutes while the others didn't last nearly that long) the computer just randomly restarts. When it comes back on, the little pop-up annoying box shows up saying that Microsoft has just recovered from a serious problem.

    It's getting rather annoying, as I couldn't watch Optic's video all the way through, so I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of what it is.

    Hmm... are you using Windows XP?

    If so, you can prevent the computer from restarting (it's a feature of Windows XP) by going to the System Properties from the Contral Panel, Advanced tab, and under Startup and Recovery, Settings. Untick the 'Automatically restart' option under the System failure heading.

    This will you give you the infamous blue screen of death instead of just automatically restarting, so hopefully you can get a detail or two that might lead to the problem.

    Thanks! Hopefully that'll help with the random restarts! ^^;

    Try that, and clicking on the 'Click Here for more details' link on the system has recovered from a serious error, contact microsoft..window ^_^
    It'll tell you which dll caused the BSOD.
