Holy majoly, not knowing what Ranma 1/2 is is like not knowing how to BREATHE! No, I'm just kidding. ^^;; I didn't know what it was about until two years ago. Now I love it...! ^_^

It's by the creator of Inuyasha and Maison Ikkoku and many more anime/manga--Rumiko Takahashi. Ranma 1/2 is about a 16 year-old martial artist named Ranma Saotome and his father, Genma. They went to China for some training and went to the place known as Jusenkyo (Cursed Springs; whatever falls into these springs, changes into whatever drowned there previously and can only be turned back into normal by being splashed with hot water--cold water activates the curse again). While training with his father over these springs, Ranma accidentally falls into the Spring of Drowned Girl and of course, turns into a female version of himself, only with red hair. Genma then loses his balance and falls into the Spring of Drowned Panda. Well, now they run into a problem. While returning to Japan, Genma was going to have Ranma meet his fiance that his father had promised Ranma to to one of Soun Tendo's (a close friend of Genma's) daughters ever since they were born. Meet the Tendos...^_~ Kasumi, the eldest daughter at 19 didn't want to marry Ranma because she wasn't into younger boys, Nabiki at 17 years old didn't want to either, and Akane at 16, the youngest of Soun's daughters didn't want to either; but, Akane is a tomboy and "hates boys" so her sisters figured since Ranma is half-girl now, she shouldn't have too much of a problem being married to him. And so being promised to Ranma, they could inherit the dojo of Anything Goes Martial Arts. Although, it was seemingly hate at first sight for them...^^;; Anyway, laughter ensues...and now that I finished that, just go to Google and find some pictures, lol. And a brief word of warning, it contains some nudity--no sex, just nudity. The end...O_o
 
Ranma is a pretty cool show, anyways, try searching on Google. Its a great place where I like to search for stuff, and there's a bunch of pictures too ^_^

P.S. I hate Akane, she's such a little meanie ><;;
