Rarest Card (YGO, Pokemon)

I had 3 TP3 Needle Worms, 1 TP4 Royal Decree, 1 TP5 Lumious Solider, 1 TP7 Magic Arm Shield

Rarest pokemon card(s): Dark Celebi (Holo, form my Ex: Hidden Legends Deck, Forest Gaurdian), Dragonite (the Steel & Lightning one, is missing at the moment :( ), Dragonite (Series 1 Holo) and Blastoise (Series 1 Holo)

And i don't collect YGO cards.
 
In Yu-gi-oh I got Blue Eyes White Dragon 1st edition from LOB (Legend of Blue Eyes) Is it hard to get in a booster? In Pokémon I got all cards from Base set 1, including Charizard which is rare, but rarest is the one from 1st edition and I don't have that one.
In YGO I got Exodia The Forbidden One, but it is promo, not the one from a booster pack.
In Lord of the Rings, if any one here plays it, I got The Witch King foil. I had to trade good cards for that one, but its fun to have.
Gor 3 or 4 Rayquaza EX from EX Dragon, got the three legendary birds ex promo from a metallic box. Got Birthday Pikachuu, a promo, I don't know how rare it is. And I have Ancient Mew, that card with rune writing, but it was common when it was new.
 
YGO: Well.... I dont really know what cards from YGO are rare anymore but I have a whole bunch of rare holos from the original set.
Pokemon: Original base set, not reprints and in those Charizard, Ancient Mew and some others I cant think of right now.
 
YGO: Depends. Define "rare".

Pokemon: Probably the full set of Shinings from back in the Neo days (Magikarp & Gyarados included). Whichever one of those is rarest (I'm guessing shining Charizard), that's it.

Ive got a Charizard (unlimited, not 1st edition) that I got in my first pack about 6 years ago..

2 sets of the 1st movie promo sets (Pikachu, Mewtwo, Dragonite, Electabuzz)

1 set of 2nd movie promos (artinuco, moltres, zapdos, ancient mew)

I have 2 ancient mew cards.. bought them on ebay acouple months ago for about 3 bucks (not rare in my opinion but definetly in high demand, normally, by collectors)

acouple of the 'best of' promos.. too many to list

articuno ex from fr/lg

some cards from POP series 1 (almost the entire set, am just missing tyranitar ex and, i think, one other rare)

probably more but thats all for now..
 
well i havent really gotten any pokemon cards lately but my rarest one is charizard EX.
and my rarest YGO card is Black Luster Soldier- Envoy of the beggining 1st ed.

It depends, but I have the Shonen Jump Blue Eyes White Dragon.

Nor should you spend it on something like that. I don't think it's that good of a card overall anyway IMO.
