My Pokemon Blue team is:
Pidgeot: LV.40 Fly, Wing Attack, Gust, Razor Wind
Venasaur: LV.40 Razor Leaf, Rest, Leech Seed, Vine Whip
Blastoise Lv.100 Bite, Withdraw, Skull Bash, Hydro Pump ( Missingno. Cheat)
Victreebel: LV.40 Vine Whip, Poisonpowder, Mega Drain, Cut
Lapras:LV.40 Ice Beam, Body Slam, Strength, Surf
Raichu:LV.40 Thundershock, Thunderbolt, Flash, Quick Attack

Don't use 2 of the same type of damaging moves on a pokemon.

Pidgeot knows all flying moves. How are you going to deal with stuff resistant to flying?

You dont need this and Blastoise... Insert Snorlax, Regice, Blissey and friends here
Raichu:LV.40 Substitute, Focus Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunderwave/Surf

Use walls and sponges to take hits for your team such as Blissey and Snorlax and Skarmory and Weezing and Forretress

Skarm didnt exist, Bliss didnt exist and Forry didnt exist

Some/Most of those moves didnt exist so tone it down

Rest=Sucks in RBY

Hyper Beam=Great in RBY

Why do you have two Water and two Grass Pokemon on your team? First of all, Lapras is better than Blastoise and you didn't even get Blastoise legally, so get rid of it for a good strong Normal type like Chansey, Tauros, or Snorlax. Victreebel and Venusaur are equally good, but you don't need both. Get a Psychic type like Alakazam, Slowbro, or Jynx because Psychics rule in RBY. You can even use two or three Psychics in your team since Psychics in this generation don't have any weaknesses.

don't use blastoise cause lapras is better and you didn't even get it legally.use an alakazam in this spot.

Everyone knows about the legendary Surfing Pikachu, and it takes some work to get it (you'll need Pokemon Stadium ). After you download it into your gameboy, just evolve it into Raichu. If you don't have Pokemon Stadium, then don't bother using Raichu because the only thing that sets it apart from Jolteon and Zapdos is it's ability to kill Rhydon/Golem in one hit.

Again, use Zapdos or Jolteon if you can't get Surfing Raichu.
