rate my deoxys

    hi everibody, im new here and i wanna ask if you can rate my deoxys, is in level 90, hade psy beam, blizzard, zap beam and extreme speed
    their stats are that
    HP: 255
    attack: 386
    defense 199
    speed: 500
    special attack: 269
    special defense: 280

    well are all, i wait message in my mail
     
    Well, I will start out by saying that rating Pokes that have been cheated is pointless. Deoxys-E has a max Atk of 317. If you were going to cheat to get it, you could have at least cheated for a better moveset. You don't give a Poke special moves when its Atk is 117 points higher than its SAtk. Extremespeed is a good move, but the others are complete crap. "Zap Beam" isn't even a real move.

    Lugialord, I know you try to help a lot, but I'm gonna have to tell you to let more experienced players handle things before you come in with your own ideas.
