    Well you cheated to get those pokemon. I do not encourage that even though i am not a moderator. Still cheating can ruin your game. It ruined my brothers game so i don't like the cheaters. It's an nice team if you hadn't cheated.
     
    Well, it's a really nice team if you ask me... You've got almost all of those types that are needed... Also, you have good defenses... So it's a well-made team! 9/10

    Maybe he didn't cheat (I'm not sure), since maybe he traded his Mew from a person who cheated or he traded it from a person who attended a special event...

    Fly is a big no no, so is Blizzard and Thunder. Replace Thunder with thunderbolt, Blizzard with Ice Beam, and Fly with either Flamethrower/Fire Blast/EQ.

    I have a Mew in my Gold, only because I bought a used game that had plenty of hacked Pokemon. I never use it, you shouldn't use yours either. Replace with Blissey or Snorlax.

    No, no, no! Fail Beam leaves you open and never guarantees a direct kill. Replace with Flamethrower.

    Spark? Strength? Fail Beam? Oh my, bad Raikou set. I dunno if Calm Mind is in this gen or not, but if it is, use it. I know nothing of the legendary dogs 2nd gen, I'll leave this up for discussion.

    Replace Blizzard with Ice Beam, get rid of Rain Dance, it weakens Typhlosion. Give it EQ instead.

    Typhlosion L74

    Three fires and a Fail Beam. Hm. Replace Flame Wheel with Crunch, Fire Blast with Earthquke and Hyper Beam for Dynamicpunch.

    I really suggest you pay heed to my changes. I mean, three Pokemon with Fail Beam? Please redo this team, or add my changes. :)
     
    Talk about a good trade huh? :D Bad thing is, the Mew in my game was an HM SLAVE.
     
    I did, it's just kind of sad that a person would take a Mew and use his "learn all tm" ability to make him into a Bibarel :(
