Rate My LAyout

The first one looks good, but I would get a different banner background.
 
I meant that the Deoxys and Groudon in the banner doesn't look that good.
 
I like it but the two trainers have whiteness around them. Try erasing it or add a outer glow (if you have PSP). Another way is create a layer just below and take a white brush and outline them so it looks cool. :3 Otherwise I like the idea of your layout. I was just at your site yesterday and it's so creative.
 
Like PSB, I say get rid of the outline. I think the background is fine, if maybe too repetitive.

The navbar colors look a bit out of place. Great job though! ^^
 
i personally really dont like that new banner sort of thing just makes it stand out to much but then from my layouts you can tell i like simple banners
