Persian and Absol won't work too well in the OU environment compared to a lot of other Pokemon there. This team has so many things it can't handle. It can't get rid of Spikes, it can't phaze, it can't defend against Special Attacks. You at least need to replace your first two Pokemon in order to make it more effective.

    Persian (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Limber
    EVs: 255 Atk / 255 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Return
    - Hypnosis
    - Shadow Ball
    - Substitute

Lum Berry isn't needed since you have Substitute. I prefer Return over Body Slam since Body Slam's paralysis interferes with your chance to put an opponent to sleep.

    Absol (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 255 Atk / 255 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Frustration
    - Rock Slide
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power Fighting

Eh, brightpowder? No, that won't help you. If you want to use an Absol in OU, make it a Choice Bander with HP Fighting as its last move.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers ** Juggernaught
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 68 Spd / 188 SAtk
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Crunch
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

These EVs are not the standard Boah EVs. It's 252 HP, 68 Speed, and 188 Sp. Attack. 252 HP is NEEDED for this to work, since it gives Ttar 404 HP and lets it make Substitutes with 101 HP, which are unbreakable with one Seismic Toss. This is way Boah is so effective against Blissey.

    Sandslash (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Veil
    EVs: 77 HP / 255 Atk / 78 Def / 100 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Rock Slide
    - Swords Dance

Moveset is fine. Again, you forgot to set the nature.
Donphan is way better though. It has Higher HP, Attack, Defense, and Sp. Defense.

    Houndoom (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 43 HP / 235 Spd / 232 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Pursuit
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Will-O-Wisp/Beat Up

Why Hasty? You don't have any physical attacks, so your Attack is less important than your Defense. Timid please.
Preferably Pursuit over Crunch, since Houndoom is your one sure shot at defeating Alakazam and Gengar when they switch out, and you'll also do major damage to Celebi and Dusclops.
Beat Up is an option over Will-o-wisp. It's not necessary, but Beat Up is the only way Houndoom will be able to defeat Blissey (and only Blissey). Try it out on a Bliss and you'll see how well it works (assuming that your entire team is alive and healthy).
I prefer Lum Berry on Houndoom mainly since Leftovers won't do it too much good. And with Lum, you can switch into Sleep moves from Grass types and Pursuit them when they switch.

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers ** Calm One
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Fire Punch
    - Psychic
    - Substitute

Jolly? Why are you decreasing your Sp. Attack when all you have are Special Attacks? Timid please. Don't waste your time with HP. 252 in Speed and Special Attack.
Alakazam won't be able to Recover well since most attacks will do over 50% damage, rendering your healing move useless. Substitute is better to block you from status moves and potential critical hits when you Calm Mind.

Honestly Persian will own the crap out of someones starter unless its a steel otherwise it WILL kill it! And body slam is actually very helpful b/c people switch out so paralysis is all i have left cuz sleep clause
lol but i used alot of ur tips
I still need advice on what to stop more of my weeknesses

Actually, like AB said, Persian isn't strong enough in the OU metagame. All of its stats that aren't called Speed are dreadfully average, at best. Cursepert says hi.

The way to stop your weaknesses are to get rid of Persian and Absol for starters. Houndoom could be replaced, as could Sandslash if we really wanted to be picky. It looks as though you are shying away from the likes of Blissey/Snorlax/Metagross/Salamence/Skarmory that definitely fit in the OU metagame, and that is fine. You just need to make a few different choices. Weezing is a strong physical wall and is even getting more love than Skarm lately. Regice is a nice special wall too, if you are in to using low-end Legendaries. Starmie can clear out Spikes and has decent speed and coverage. The choice though, is up to you.

    hmm
this is hard cuz like persian and absol are like my faves im not sure

Heres the new setup so far after some testing

    Persian (M) @ Leftovers

    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

    - Substitute

    Absol (M) @ Quick Claw
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 255 Atk / 255 Spd
    Hardy Nature (Neutral)
    - Frustration
    - Rock Slide
    - Shadow Ball
    - Swords Dance

    - Hidden Power [Ghost]

True, but you can have favorites even if you don't use them on NB. Personally, I really like Gligar, but it is pretty pathetic as competitive battling goes. I am hoping that DP will add an evolution to it because Ground/Flying kicks ***.

I would replace Persian instead of Zangoose, but apparently that isn't going to happen. You are in serious need of a phazer and a special wall. Forretress/Skarmory/Donphan and Blissey/Snorlax/Regice.

Hey what should i put instead of sandslash/zangoose that would drop alot of my weaknesses?

    Regice or Snorlax.
Also take that Quick Claw off of Absol, and at least give it Salac Berry with a Jolly Nature. SD + Taunt + Baton Pass is cooler IMO. Houndoom's attack isn't all to hot, and Sludge Bomb covers only the same weaknesses that Fire Blast and OVerheat does, so trade that for Crunch or Will-O-Wisp. here's my remake of the team:

    Persian (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Limber
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Body Slam
    - Hypnosis
    - Shadow Ball
    - Substitute

don't waste EVs. use the last 4 EVs somewhere, as it makes at least SOME kind of contribution

    Absol (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 196 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Baton Pass
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Swords Dance
    - Taunt

Flying is probably the most physical use you'll get out of it.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers ** Juggernaught
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 68 Spd / 190 SAtk
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Crunch
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

    Zangoose (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Immunity
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Brick Break
    - Rock Slide / Quick Attack
    - Return
    - Shadow Ball

    Zangoose gets Shadow Ball, lol.

    Houndoom (M) @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Pursuit
    - Crunch / Will-O-Wisp / Beat Up

Ice is cooler, as this outruns most standard Salamences before they DD. Beat Up+Pursuit says a nice hi to McGar.

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers ** Calm One
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Fire Punch
    - Psychic
    - Recover

you have a huge physical weakness. Consider using something like Salamence or Gyarados coupled with Skarmory or something with Reflect to help with that. Steel and Rock types are your friend.

I edited the team some myself (Salamence) so i could drop some of the troubles i have in battle.

    Absol (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 255 Atk / 255 Spd
    Hardy Nature (Neutral)
    - Frustration
    - Rock Slide
    - Shadow Ball
    - Swords Dance

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers ** Juggernaught
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 68 Spd / 190 SAtk
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Crunch
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

    Salamence (M) @ Leftovers

    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Earthquake
    - Dragon Dance

    Houndoom (M) @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Flash Fire

But you still haven't even.....oh nevermind. Apparently you have yet to face a physical/special wall in battle, not to mention a phazer, to really appreciate the benefits of adding one to your team.

    Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 144 HP / 240 Atk / 64 Spd / 60 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast / Rock Slide
    - Hidden Power [Flying]

It's better that way. Fire Blast make's skarmory run.

I beleive you there but I need some earth moves!
the only reason i chose salamence is b/c it could learn all the moves i could think of that countered where i had trouble...
I needed a fighting move a flying move and ground move and he handled them all
Skarmory doesnt give me that much trouble usually

You can always use different variations of Tyranitar if you need a good quake:

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 92 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Focus Punch
    - Rock Slide / Hidden Power [Rock]
    - Substitute

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 92 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide / Hidden Power [Rock]
    - Substitute / Taunt

Only 240 HP is really needed for Taunt.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Focus Punch
    - Hidden Power [Bug] / Body Slam
    - Rock Slide / Hidden Power [Rock]

My personal favorite. I use HP Bug for Claydols.
