    Agility on Deoxys-E. Lol. He asked for a rating, so I'll give him a 1. These sets have no chance in competitive battling and the items are virtually useless. Also, don't throw an uber on a non-uber team. Either make an uber team or a regular team. Take care.
     
    Think of my team this way:

    Deoxys= Opener
    Comment: Speediest i could find, so it fits. Openers=Speedy. So what if I put an uber in my team!?! I know this: DON'T OVERLOAD YOUR TEAM WITH UBERS!

    Houndoom= Sweeper
    Comment: Best Reccomended special sweeper, solarbeam covers the water weakness

    Forretress= Spiker
    Comment: Best reccommended Spiker, Combined with Shuffler (toxic)

    Steelix= Tank
    Comment: High Defense, Great Tank, Umbreon (rec. tank) nod enough defenses.

    Miltank= Heal Beller
    Comment: Rec. Heal Beller, Nice Stats (I could breed for Chansey and evolve it though, but thats another story;), although, if you want Blissey, after this, I will show it's moves.)

    Quagsire= Hazer
    Comment: Rec. Hazer, Haze seems useless? Well, ever get annoyed how the enemy uses double team so your moves never hit? Well, hazer takes care of it!
     
    it looks OKAY... as an ingame team... don't use this on netbattle... people will ridicule you.

    sunnybeamers are easily thwarted.... expecially houndoom. one physical attack will do heavy damage, and watch out for fast electric like jolt. aero will ohko you with quake i think...
     
    off topic: What's an uber? Don't mean to sound stupid or anything, I just don't know.
     
    Uber- Pokemon with base stats totalling 600+ AND(big and) has good typing, AND has a good movepool.

    Ex: Deoxys-FR. Insanely high SPA and attack, insane speed, kills things with ease. good movepool.

    Therefore:
    Deoxys-FR= Uber.
     
    No. Metagross and friends aren't uber. >_>

    Mewtwo/mew/rayquaza/hooh/lugia/groudon/kyogre/latios/latias/deoxys/wobbufet are ubers.

    dont be an idiot and say jirachi/celebi are.

    I think this will be ok for in-game team, though I give it 6/10. Don't use this as a netbattle team, unless you want to be wiped out bad. Well, I don't know if you can improove on your team a lot since your pokemon are already on lv.100 or at least you're saying so. Don't use uber(s), cause people won't battle you. Well anyway, good luck.

    Thanks! I'll change my team up! You have posted the second post who actually gave me a.. better rating Torkoal7(to me).. Maybe I should replace nap-oxys (Deoxys only naps, nothing else)


    Choice Band Problem: I will NOT use choice band. One time, in the battle fronteer, I had a pokemon with choice band as my pokemon. It was the only one with a fire type move. When it used its fire type move, after that... I RAN INTO A SHEDINGA! CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW LUCKY I AM!?! NOT ONLY WAS IT THE ONLY ONE WITH A FIRE TYPE MOVE, BUT IT WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH A MOVE THAT COULD HURT SHEDINGA! Phew. I am lucky. AND THATS WHY I STAND AGAINST USING CHOICE BAND!!!

    Forretress: Probably pretty much standard.
    I like Sandstorm, Toxic, Protect, Explosion better.

    Steelix: Shoal Shell??? :dead: Leftovers maybe?
    Sandstorm, EQ, Iron Tail, Toxic for a p-annoyer
    EQ, Rock Slide, Iron Tail, Crunch for a phy sweeper

    I know Crunch is a spec but helps against ghosts and stuff with Levitate

    Miltank: Replace Heal Bell with Milk Drink

    Quagsire: I would try Surf, EQ, Rain Dance, I/Beam

    On a scale of 1 to 10... I give you a 2

    00bers are not always bad...if only one per team.
    Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys are 00bers
    Mew, Jirachi, Celebi do not have high enough stats...they are just legendary.
