    -Aerial Ace
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast

    Raichu
    -Thunder Wave
    -Focus Punch
    -Substitute
    -Thundebolt

    Rhydon
    -Megahorn
    -Rock Blast
    -Strength
    -Sword Dance

    Haunter
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Punch
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Punch

    Vaporeon
    -Baton Pass
    -Acid Armor
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf

    Machoke
    -Bulk Up

    Awesome ok?

    Raichu
    -Thunder Wave/Light Screen
    -Focus Punch
    -Substitute
    -Thundebolt

Seems like you know what your doing, LS is awesome as some random things cant break your subs

    Rhydon
    -Megahorn
    -Rock Blast
    -Earthquake/Return
    -Sword Dance

EQ if you can, return if you can't

    Haunter
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Punch
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Punch

I hope you EV'd this correctly

    Vaporeon
    -Baton Pass/Haze/Protect/Charm
    -Wish
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf

I don't like AA and BP... You need wish support

    Machoke
    -Rest
    -Cross Chop
    -Rock Slide
    -Sleep talk

    Use this set plz

Also suggest any moveset and pokemon changes I should consider

You need to give us natures and possibly EVs especially for Gengar. Wish requires rebreeding but its worth it trust me...

Just to let you know, Hunter cannot pull that off.If you're stuck with it, use :

    Haunter[timid/modest]@leftovers
    -destiny bond
    -thunderbolt
    -psychic
    -giga drain

It can't learn the punches btw...Explosion is a possibility but then u'd want hasty.

If you can't trade, then don't use Haunter and Machoke. It's not worth having unevolved Pokemon on your final team. Keep those two in your box so that you can evolve them if the opportunity should arise. But for now, you can replace them with Pokemon that can actually fully evolve in-game.
Exeggutor rocks as a special sweeper, and Snorlax is a great physical attacker that also adds special defense to your team.

    Exeggutor @ Leftovers
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Solarbeam
    - Sunny Day
    - Sleep Powder
    - Psychic

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Body Slam / Return
    - Rest
    - Earthquake
    - Brick Break / Curse

Following up on what AB said.

    ZZZ...Sleepy...XD
