    I choose for this team because I like the looks of them. Pokemon black and white really had disappointing psychic and ghost types.

    Alakazam:
    Psychic
    Focus blast
    Energy ball
    Trick room(for rhyperior)

    Rhyperior:(in combination with alakazam's trick room)
    stone edge
    EQ
    Megahorn
    swords dance

    Heracross(ofcourse)ability:guts,Item: flame orb
    Close combat
    megahorn
    stone edge
    swords dance

    Gengar:
    sludge bomb
    shadow ball
    focus blast
    energy ball

    Dragonite:
    dragon claw
    extreme speed
    firepunch
    EQ

    Magmortar:
    Fire blast
    Thunderbolt
    Hidden power grass
    focus blast

    Rate my team please =D. This team is not suitable for competitive battling because I lack spikes etc. This team is for casual battles against friends and such

    I do agree with black and white slacking on the psychic and ghost types but for me to be a better help, could you post ev's and natures? Also trick room for one pokemon doesn't seem like a good idea to me. I'd probably replace trick room with shadow ball.
     
    Alakazam: Modest nature(-attack + Sp attack)
    EV in speed and sp attack

    Rhyperior: Brave nature(-speed + attack)
    EV in HP(defence?) and Attack

    Heracross: Adamant nature(-sp attack + attack)
    EV in speed and Attack

    Gengar: Modest nature (-attack + Sp attack)
    EV in speed and sp attack

    Dragonite: Adamant nature(-sp attack + attack)
    EV in speed and attack

    Magmortar: Timid nature(-attack + speed)
    EV in sp attack and speed
     
    If you're using Rhyperior for trick room, set he's EV to 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 defense and I would switch sword dance to Ice Punch. I would also switch Dragon Claw for Outrage. Other then that, you should be fine.
     
    Magmortar: Life Orb or Choice Scarf
    Dragonite: Leftovers or Lum Berry
    Ryperior: Leftovers
    Gengar: Focus Sash
    Alakazam: Life Orb
    Heracross: Flame Orb or Leftovers
