    I'll approve this, but you need to list natures and EVs. Don't list them only if someone responds. Post them immediately.
     
    What Loquacity said...and BTW, you don't have any walls besides Umbreon, and that just...dies to the metagame if it's your only wall. Also, your 2 special sweepers do exactly the same thing and your two physical sweepers also do exactly the same thing. I'd replace one of each for some walling, and I'd probably take out Crobat as well since it does nothing new for you.

    Most of your movesets are pretty terrible (your Crobat and Umbreon makes my eyes bleed). Don't worry, there are lots of places to get help. Since you're using overall standard Pokemon, you should go to Smogon and learn some things from there.

    Why was caps abuse such a huge clue this was going to be bad?
    Anyway, lack of EVs aside, you have no walls aside from umbreon, who can wall both sides of the spectrum on its own.
    Scop Lense is hax
    Crobat is achieving nothing, especially with rest. Umbreons set si also bad, and that garchomp is messed up too.
    You are so weavile weak it's untrue, with 2 4x ice weaks, one 2 x ice weak, and no ice resists. In fact this entire team is weak to something weavile has
     
    Focus Sash just sucks... Sandstream, Spikes, SR, pretty much kill it.

    Wide Lens is only a 10% increase, which Isn't much. Dragon Rush is like a dragon-type Hyper Beam, and we all know Hyper Beam sucks in most cases, this Isn't an exception. Meh. SDChomp wants Yache Berry / Life Orb.

    Alakazam's gonna be wanting some Timid Nature. :P

    Umbreon can't really do much with any attack really, he's best for BP'ing. And like Anti said, gets screwed by like... I don't know how much of the metagame...

    Starmie could really wreck havoc on your two physical attackers. (Three really, and that Crobat really fails at stalling). He's weak to Ice as well.

    Meh. All the pokemon on your team have similar coverage, which really Isn't good. :/
     
    Fire Fang on Chomp >> Stone Edge or steels just say lawl , also make it JOLLY NATURE


    As for Crobat, this is the best set ive used for it.

    Awesome bulky lead bat, 85/80/80 defenses are pretty good, makes a nice counter to breloom and can screw up most common leads, ive also found it makes a nice PHazer for some reason =o.Note Brave Bird is illegal with Hypnosis, so yeah.

    I think Dragon Rush is more like Iron Tail actually, which we also know is not good ;)

    But yeah, pretty much what others said.
     
    The team suits fine for whats needed. But if Umby's your only wall, you might want to rely on a bulky tank like Tyranitar or Regice. Something that'll take hits and dish them out worse.

    Im not too endowed with the Ou set, but im pretty sure Outrage (or atleast Dragon Claw) would benifit a Garchomp more than Rush cause of the accuracy.

    Overall a 7/10. Works, wont wow people, but atleast consider a ghost wall to help you. wont hurt you.

    Your right, but for future refrence, try not to make comments like this, as it is not constructive criticism.

    We just need to wait for the thread starter to change his moves and stuff. As the team in general is horrid, and to a good player, "Bad for the eyes to see." XD.

    Why shouldn't he be outrunning ?
    Modest raises SpAtk.
    If he can outrun he can obviously get the first hit.
     
    As I said, WHAT is he outrunning with base 60 speed? Not much at all.

    Hold up, I was thinking of Porygon 2. Regardless, base 90 isn't so fast, especially with a Modest nature. Not to mention that awful item, which only boost Tri Attack by a small percent.

    It wants timid to Outrun mence, Neutral Garchomp, E-Vire and most importantly Lucario, and a few other threats that co-exist with it around that same base speed.
