Okay, I made a new Emerald Team, and I'd like some input:

    Magneton- Lvl 55- Bashful nature

    Supersonic
    Spark
    Screech
Thunderbolt (Note: I do plan to replace with Zap Cannon when it gets to the level)

    Cacturne- Lvl 58- Jolly Nature

    Leech Seed
    Needle Arm
    Cotton Spore
    Solar Beam

    Metagross- Lvl 52- Brave Nature

    Metal Claw
    Psychic
    Iron Defense
    Meteor Mash

    Crobat- Lvl 59- Naughty Nature

    Wing Attack
    Shadow Ball
    Confuse Ray
    Giga Drain

    Swampert- Lvl 67- Gentle Nature

    Blizzard
    Earthquake
    Iron Tail
    Protect

    Salamence- Lvl 59- Timid Nature

    Headbutt
    Dragon Claw
    Rock Smash
    Dragonbreath

    Yikes! Fixes in bold:
Okay, I made a new Emerald Team, and I'd like some input:

    Magneton- Lvl 55-
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Protect/Metal Sound (XD only)
    - Thunder Wave
    - Toxic

    - Thunderbolt

Where do I begin? First of all, Magneton is a bad choice of a lead Poke. It has a bad nature. Neutral natures should be avoided at all costs. They are worthless. DO NOT replace Thunderbolt with the crappy Zap Cannon. TB is your only worthwhile move on Magneton. Also, never give a Poke two attacking moves of the same type. It is redundant and prevents the Poke from being more versatile. Protect is helpful and MS is only if you have XD. TW to para things, and Toxic is basically filler since in-game Maggie suffers a lot with its limited movepool.

    Cacturne- Lvl 58- Jolly Nature

    Leech Seed
    Needle Arm
    Cotton Spore
    Solar Beam

I prefer Shiftry over Cacturne. It doesn't have as high base attacks (100/90 compared to 115/115), but its HP and Spd is higher.

    Shiftry @ Leftovers
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Explosion
    - Shadow Ball/Brick Break
    - Solarbeam
    - Sunny Day

One of only a few good Sunnybeamers. SB/BB depends on your preference and Explosion kills stuff.

Metagross @ Choice Band- Lvl 52-
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Rock Slide/Agility

    - Meteor Mash

Metagross excels as a physical sweeper. Psychic is useless since MM can do just as much damage. Agility to make Metagross even more deadly and go BOOM when its HP is low.

Crobat @ Choice Band- Lvl 59-
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Return/Steel Wing

    - Wing Attack
    - Shadow Ball

Giga Drain? Why not a STAB physical move like Sludge Bomb? Return/SW is your preference. I normally never suggest Normal moves on non-Normal Pokes, but with CB, Return hits hard. Not really necessary with both Metagross and Salamence though.

    Swampert- Lvl 67-
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf

    - Earthquake
    - Protect/Rest

This set depends on what role you want Swampert to play. Since you already have Metagross and Salamence, a mixed sweeper would work.

    Salamence- Lvl 59-
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast/Rock Slide/Brick Break

Never give any TM (not called Surf) to member of your team. They are too crappy to even use. DDmence is a terror. The moveset should be self-explanatory.
    Good luck.
