    if i can improve please tell me how.
    Edit: it just evolved and has the same moveset and is at Lv23.

    Evolve it, get it to L100, and then we'll give you a moveset. Really, for in game you can do almost anything, as long as you have a decent level behind you. Level is greater than all, so it doesn't matter what you do.
