I still like substitute

Well, the point of the set (Endure) is to withstand Dugtrio's EQ and then ouspeed it for the KO. If you use Sub on that set Dugtrio will ouspeed you and KO you promptly. But, since most people have the sense to switch out to Blissey when you perform this tactic, who will then force Magneton to switch or get KOed, it doesn't seem that great, either way. After all, nothing stops Dugtrio from switching, only Magneton.
