Hello. I'm going to stalk your club, alright? Not really, but I'll pop in occasionally.

Okay...good idea to close the old one...it was getting out of hand.

    So anyway!

Do you prefer to hang out with other girl, or guys? Or both?

I usually like to hang out with guys better, since they are a lot more laid back than most girls. You can joke around with them and they won't freak out about it. SoI do like hanging out in groups of both genders though, just to mix it up a little...I gotta be girly sometimes! ^^

Yeah, I get on better with girls than I do boys. I dunno why, I just do. Maybe it's cos I'm a big soppy romantic :-)

Same here. But the guys that I'm around a lot of the time...well, they're kind of girly. Not in a flamboyant way exactly. I suppose it's hard to explain. But my best girl friends are the kind of girls that play video games and flame preps every chance they get. I suppose we're kind of a unique little crowd ^_^.

I suppose I'm friends with more guys than girls, but that's because most of the girls at my school are the kind I detest. shure, there are a few I lie as friends, but the vast majority...No. The ones I hang out with are the Gamers, Japanese club member, the punch-you-ifyou-look-at-me-wrong ones. And they're the ones I get along with.

Yeah me and my friends are a bunch of tomboys and gamers to the extreme also. All the other girls in our school are preppy so the five of us just formed a group and stuck together. I always get along with the trouble makers, because I am one. At Halloween we're the ones silly stringing and toliet papering peoples houses and trees...^_^; I guess it's a bad idea but we seem to have no concience. =p

Like I said in the other thread, I am appreciative to girls for having our children, and tolerating us men. Um, thanks, heh.

*blink blink* Erm....thanks? But like I've told my dad and guy friends, you'll never fully appreciate it until YOU have to give birth, and everything that goes along with it! Hehe.

I'm not really close friends with a lot of girls at all. Everyone around here is make-up and boy obsessed. O_o As you can probably guess, I just try to stay out of their way! I do have a couple of nice girls that I can hang out with from time to time, but after being horribly mistreated by several of my "best friends (no more)" I have kind of given up ont he best friend thing. It's okay though...I'm pretty okay with being on my own. ^^

I've been there. My parents used to send me to this really stick up "christian" private school; the entire middle school consisted of about 60 kids. There were only four other girls in my grade, and they acted like we were best friends, but they were passing around a "burn book" behind my back where they made fun of me and anyone else who they thought were below them. It's so hard to forget things like that.

Totally. If people on this earth like that are good for one thing, they're good for teaching you what not to do, and how to be independant. I'm so glad that there are people out there who believe in the stuff that I do...people who aren't materialistic and really stuck on being popular.

If it's any help...it does get better. I'm out of the school where I lost all my friends now, and the place I am now is filled with people like me! I did loose a really good best friend to a terrible, abusive boyfriend that she refuses to leave, but I have so many other friends, that it's okay to say "eh...it's her loss." And believe me...I did everything in my power to make her see what I and everyone else saw in her boyfriend...so it isn't like I didn't try.

It does get better though. Snobby, back stabbing people will always exist no matter how old you get, but you'll meet good people along the way too...so hold onto 'em!! Chin up and all that good stuff! ^^

Thanks. Things are a lot better now that I'm going to a public high school. There's a larger variety of people instead of just a few who think they're all that. Of course, you get a lot more of the fights and the gangs, but it seems like a small price to pay considering how awful people can be in those prissy schools (not to say they're all that way; I don't know for sure, but I know the one I went to was).

And then they were always trying to push their beliefs off on other people. I don't know if you all heard about that harry potter book burning; that certainly turned into a heated debate. And from that point on, anyone who didn't think harry potter was of the devil was ostercized horribly; needless to say I was transfered soon after that.

Heh. Speaking as an actual practising witch, that whole stuff about Harry Potter being demonic, I dunno where people actually get those ideas. First of all, it's condemned without any evidence at all. Just because it features the idea of spells, and witchcraft, it's somehow automatically 'evil' and should be removed. People were doing the same thing a few hundred years ago, only actual people were getting killed because of it. By Christians. Doesn't the Commandment say 'Thou shalt not kill'? It doesn't say 'Thou shalt not kill, unless there's something 'evil' to get rid of'. It's just simply - Don't kill. No exceptions.

    Anyway, rant mode off...

Its human nature to get rid of things that may cause a threat, wether its a "witch" or someone that may become more populer than you at school -.- did that make since??

Yeah, that makes sense. And agreed, people tend to get rid of things they don't like, or consider a threat, if they can.

Anyway, can we get back on topic. Girls Appreciation, right. Well, let's see. I do appreciate girls :-)

Yeah...boys are a lot less likely to go behind people's backs on stuff, unless they let it slip by accident.

And about the Harry Potter thing...I was under the impression that JKR made up all the Harry Potter spells and stuff...despite it's dark undertone, it's supposed to be kind of light hearted magic, I think. Honestly...it's not like kids can actually do anything with those spells...

    Ignorance is so lame...

    Anyway...back to girl stuff!!
